Services
Compassionate, personalized therapy for the messy, meaningful, and in-between moments of life.
WHO I WORK WITH
I work with women in their 30s and 40s who are carrying so much—often holding everything together on the outside while feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or exhausted on the inside. Anxiety can look like overachievement, perfectionism, people-pleasing, or burnout, and together we'll gently explore what lies beneath those patterns.
I also work with people living with the impact of attachment wounds and trauma. If your relationships have taught you to stay small, stay guarded, or carry pain alone, therapy can become a place where those stories are met with compassion instead of judgment. Healing happens in relationship, and I believe there is something deeply meaningful about being seen, heard, and understood by an attuned and caring witness.
Whether you're feeling disconnected from yourself, longing for more ease in your relationships, or simply wanting a space where you don't have to carry everything alone, we'll move at a pace that feels safe and collaborative. My hope is that our work together helps you feel more connected to yourself, more grounded in your life, and more able to experience the relationships you want.
